This mall was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning was not working throughout much of the mall, which made the experience especially uncomfortable in Florida heat. The bathrooms and food court were also in very poor condition and appeared to be poorly maintained. I brought my kids to Urban Air, and unfortunately, this has to be one of the dirtiest locations I’ve visited. There also seemed to be a serious shortage of staff, and at times there was no accessible entrance from Urban Air into the mall. I had to walk all the way to the Bin Chasers entrance just to get back into the mall, which was extremely unpleasant in the heat. During that walk, I also encountered a group of people being loud and disruptive, and one person even held up a phone and appeared to be recording me. That made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Given the overall condition of the property and the situation we experienced, I believe there should be a stronger security presence throughout the mall. Overall, the cleanliness, lack of maintenance, staffing issues, and uncomfortable atmosphere made this a very unpleasant experience. Dillard’s Employee: Mr. Borough Fars Esmaeili Pour We encountered Mr. Borough Fars Esmaeili Pour back in April, and I’ve thought about writing this review every day since. Great service should never go unnoticed, and he absolutely deserves to be recognized.His attention to my husband and me was exceptional. He didn’t hesitate to zoom through the men’s racks at Dillard’s, helping coordinate an outfit my husband was trying to put together. He went above and beyond in every way, with a great attitude, genuine kindness, and a personality that makes you feel taken care of. He will forever be our go‑to whenever we’re at that Dillard’s. Outstanding service, outstanding person.

I love the mall including this store named “Cinderella Bridal” it’s the perfect store to go to when you’re in need of a dress! Whether it be prom, a quinceñera, wedding, etc! they have such a big variety of beautiful dresses!

Dirty floors in the food court and surrounding areas, no cleaning staff present, bathroom by the food court was filthy- two poop-clogged toilets, the other two toilets had plastic bags over them and were out of order, two of the four urinals were out of order, while the other two urinals were clogged with paper towels and gum and were filled with old urine, the bathroom has no air conditioning and felt muggy and uncomfortably warm, the bathroom floors were filthy, two of the sinks didn't work, they were all filthy, and there was no soap. Terrible experience- I would never eat somewhere with these filthy bathroom conditions. I bought a pretzel at Auntie Annies, the pretzel was just cooked and fresh, so I got lucky, because their warmer was filled with crusted, old product. The price was ridiculous, the register automatically includes an 18% tip that you have to deselect- how shady! The attendant was snooty and rude, and because more so after I declined the tip. I went to Game Attic, I walked into the store without being greeted, by the time I had left the store I had walked by the employee 3 times without any acknowledgement, no offer for assistance. This is a great mall. I only wish they had more variety. The selection of stores is mostly small. There are a lot of people here, which is great, so the traffic is high. My favorite places are the Games Attic and FYE, but it would be nice to have more local stores and attractions here as well. I probably have it real close to 5. Better than the open mall in Lakeland, in my opinion because the stores are more reasonable. I could not find a good book store though... the food court has a lot of places and has tables to sit at, which is accommodating. There are also places for kids, like Urban Air Adventure. I feel it's a 4 because it lacks some key stores, but it's close to a 5 because the traffic is great and it has some neat stores.
